The moderation notices I get for d-volatile-announce state that the message
to be moderated is attached. There is indeed an attachment to the mail but
it is empty. Instead the mail is forwarded seperately to the mod mail,
which no connection between the two. (I.e. the mod mail does not state
the Message-Id, nor the subject or anything else to connect the two.)
