anymeal fails to cross build from source, because it abuses
AC_CHECK_FILE for checking presence of files needed during build. The
macro however should only be used of check files on the host. The
attached patch fixes this. Beyond this issue, anymeal uses a broken
version of AX_HAVE_QT. This macro is not yet fixed upstream. The
relevant autoconf-archive bug is #965273.
