It would be nice to able to test the various inner functions of vmdebootstrap
by writing many fast tests. One way this may be possible is to use a stub for
debootstrap. This stub will not actually bootstrap but will simple record the
incoming parameters and create any critically necessary files. vmdeboostrap
will have a command line option to use an alternate binary for debootstrap.
Test will pass the deboostrap stub and later check if all necessary parameters
are passed to debootstrap properly and other things like /etc/fstab created
properly.

(we use this technique in freedom-maker when calling vmdebootstrap).
