Rather ancient cyrus imap store upgraded many times and does like twoskip
option as of update released 16 nov 2019.
imap seems to still work and i enclose dbtypes.txt I do not edit/adjust
with the /usr/lib/cyrus/cyrus-db-types.txt file other than the dist upgrade
to buster on release
the issue in common then affects cyrus-* too
