Dear maintainer,

Your package rust-onig has an autopkgtest, great. However, the
autopkgtest is seriously straining our infrastructure at ci.debian.net.
The package basically isn't able to successfully finish on several of
our architectures. You can see the results e.g. on ppc64el [1].

Most of our ppc64el and arm64 workers have a 40 GB disk, which really
aught to be enough. Please fix your test to not need such enormous
amount of disk, or if you don't want to change your test to reduce the
amount of space needed, at least add a check for the required amount of
disk space and exit 77 (skippable restriction) in case there is not
enough space.

In the past I have blocked the test on arm64 already, I am now doing the
same on ppc64el. I will remove the block once this bug is fixed.

Paul

Hello Paul,

I'm sorry that the package caused trouble and unsure on why the autopkgtest started misbehaving, given that 5.0.0-3 was uploaded back in April 2020.

I packaged a new upstream version, disabled the broken test (I could reproduce the issue locally), run the remaining autopkgtests in a schroot, verified that they are sane, and uploaded.

Cheers,

Paride
