i have the iproute-20010824-9 source with local changes installed. today i
tried to upgrade it to iproute-20010824-11 ... it pulled the source, did
something and then started to output this endlessly:
E: failed renaming /usr/src/local-iproute-20010824
local-iproute_20010824-9.tmpdiff is empty; the already extracted new tree
does not contain my local changes.
obviously it assumes the install went ok, as repeated attempts claim that
the newest version is already installed.
