Please add support for dh-buildinfo in debhelper.mk. dh-buildinfo is not
part of debhelper so an additional build dependency is required for
packages that want to use debhelper.mk. Or make the call to dh_buildinfo
(before dh_installdeb) conditional if /usr/bin/dh_buildinfo exists.
