libical3 cannot be cross built from source, because it has unsatisfiable
Build-Depends. It also participates in dependency loops relevant to
architecture bootstrap. Instead of looking into such difficult problems,
I looked into easily droppable dependencies and observed that python3-gi
is only used for testing (as the Python bindings are not packages).
Please consider applying the attached patch to annotate the dependency
<!nocheck>, which makes it irrelevant to cross building and
bootstrapping.
