--- Begin Message ---Package: xlockmore Version: 1:5.21-3 Severity: wishlist I haven't found any way to disable the new public logout button, neither by setting logoutButton to zero or to an high value nor by setting logoutCmd to an empty string. I used to use xlock to protect my X session, but now everybody can (anonymously!) crash my complete session without any authorization. This makes the package in it's current state unusable for me. And although this is a wish for an option to disable this new feature it's more an important bug regarding the usability of the package. Regards, Uwe PS: It would have been nice to get a news message about such an important change in functionality during the upgrade. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers testing APT policy: (750, 'testing'), (650, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.15-1-k7 Locale: LANG=en_US, LC_CTYPE=en_US (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Versions of packages xlockmore depends on: ii libc6 2.3.6-7 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libgcc1 1:4.1.0-1+b1 GCC support library ii libice6 6.9.0.dfsg.1-6 Inter-Client Exchange library ii libpam0g 0.79-3.1 Pluggable Authentication Modules l ii libsm6 6.9.0.dfsg.1-6 X Window System Session Management ii libstdc++6 4.1.0-1+b1 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ii libx11-6 6.9.0.dfsg.1-6 X Window System protocol client li ii libxext6 6.9.0.dfsg.1-6 X Window System miscellaneous exte ii libxmu6 6.9.0.dfsg.1-6 X Window System miscellaneous util Versions of packages xlockmore recommends: ii libpam-modules 0.79-3.1 Pluggable Authentication Modules f -- no debconf information
