Package: falkon
Version: 3.1.0+dfsg1-11
Severity: normal

First of all, a big thank you to both, you and the upstream team, for
doing an awesome job with Falkon. I desperately wanted a simple yet
modern web browser and Falkon fits the bill quite well.

While it has been just a couple of hours with me using it, I think I've
come across an integration issue with Falkon.

Falkon, when called through, say x-www-browser, doesn't gain focus.
Looking closer, I noticed the behavior with plain Falkon too.

If you call Falkon as in `falkon www.debian.org` from your terminal, the
web browser does open the page in a new tab, but the web browser does
not gain focus, which is what the usual expectation would be.

OTOH, if I invoke the same command with `-t`, as in, `falkon -t
www.debian.org`, falkon gains the focus.

It is a minor glitch and would be nice to have it fixed.

There's also a behaviral bug when launching Falkot with -t, in that
along with opening the requested page in a tab, Falkon also opens an
extra empty tab.

PS: I have looked through the preferences in Falkon to be sure that it
is not a functionality enabled/disabled and to my understanding that
doesn't seem to be the case. Apologies in case it is something obvious
and I may have missed.

Thanks,
Ritesh

After yesterday's update of KDE Plasma to 5.82, the issue has
dramatically been non-reproducible on my xorg setup.

I'm closing this bug report thus. Thank you so much for your prompt
responses and assistance. 🙏🏼
