Upstream development is now done on GitHub:
https://github.com/net-snmp/net-snmp/
This repository can be added to the upstream metadata and then the
upstream-metadata-missing-repository lintian override can be dropped.

I had a look at this repository, but as far as I can see, you mixed up
the packages here.
So from my point of view, we should close your bug report...
