Andreas Beckmann discovered that a package "magnus" has been in Debian
squeeze already with a higher version number.
The package in squeeze was another piece of software and had a higher
version.
So, the situation is a little awkward, but the agreement was: use epoch
"1:" for this magnus package (magnifier glass for MATE desktop).

Possible conflict with old versions of the magnus package in squeeze.

None, except from people possibly having an old magnus package.

Unfortunately, I uploaded way too many changes as 1:1.0.3-2 and reverted
