How to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1 Recently Installed, OTRS shows a problem in AdminSupportDataCollector.
Additional information
I have debian 11, and otrs is just installed with apt. Everything
works well but can't find the CA. I also have installed
ca-certificates package.

This is just for the support collector, also checkmodules from otrs does
not require it. It will also not get integrated in Debian:
