When installing python3-openstackclient, the python-openstackclient-doc
package is not installed. This results in /usr/bin/openstack not having
a man page by default and isn't great UX.
Would it be possible to add an explicit Recommends on
python-openstackclient-doc for python3-openstackclient? That way most
people would also get a man page when they install the openstack client.
