Changing the video speed in the timeline via right click menu does not change
the video speed, despite changing the corresponding time length. Playing back
the "slowed" or "sped up" video will only display the default video speed, but
cropped.
This happens on both 20.12.2-1, and 20.12.3-1

Just tested on both 21.04.3-3 in sid and 21.08.0-1 in experimental.
The function now works as intended, and I can't reproduce the bug
anymore.
