krb5 participates in dependency loops relevant to architecture bootstrap
and already carries a stage1 profile to help here. I've looked into
generally reducing dependencies in that set anyhow and figured that it
doesn't use libncurses-dev at all. Mentions of curses are only left in
the documentation for building krb5, but it's not actually used anymore.
Please consider applying the attached patch to drop it.
