When clicking on Help in the Polari menu, there is a "Document Not Found" error
in Gnome Help message which states:
The URI ‘help:org.gnome.Polari/index’ does not point to a valid page.
I would expect the help page to load, or if there is no help page for this
application to remove the help menu item from the application to remove
confusion.
