This package fails to build from source on current sid.

  #   Failed test 'use HTTP::LRDD;'

  #     Tried to use 'HTTP::LRDD'.
  # Error: Undefined subroutine &Scalar::Util::set_prototype called at
/usr/share/perl5/Types/TypeTiny.pm line 360.

Full logs available at
https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/libhttp-lrdd-perl

According to the test history there, this regressed between 2020-10-29 and
2020-11-03,
probably with libtype-tiny-perl 1.012000-1.

#975208 looks similar and indicates this is probably an issue with an
outdated Scalar::Util in inc/ . I don't know why libhttp-lrdd-perl wasn't
spotted back then, but better late than never I guess.
