Postrotate in /etc/logrotate.d/ufw still wants to use invoke-rc.d rsyslog
rotate to signal HUP to rsyslog, which is not available w/ systemd. Other
packages use /usr/lib/rsyslog/rsyslog-rotate, which handles SysV/systemd
automatically.
