switch folders a few times:

after running for a few days Pxms(pixmaps) gets up to a few thousand,
and switching folders and stuff slows to a crawl.
next/prev message doesn't cause pixmaps to go up, but switching between
folders (between Inbox and Outbox) does. And it does it even if the two
folders don't have any messages in them.
Now after playing with it these last few minutes it's already up to:

The bug is more than two years old, the submitter hasn't answered for
more than a year, and the pixmap memory seems to stay lo, so I assume
it's fixed.
