When I use -o with text or HTML format, mudraw output to stdout instead of the file I specified:

$ mudraw -o test.html /usr/share/doc/quilt/quilt.pdf 1 | head -n 3
<style>
body{background-color:gray;margin:12pt;}
div.page{background-color:white;margin:6pt;padding:6pt;}

$ ls test.html
/bin/ls: cannot access test.html: No such file or directory

mutool draw in the current version does not have this bug.
