There are fundamental problems with this package:
First off, this does not qualify as a native package. So please use 3.0 (quilt)
format.
You have to use debcargo to build the package. Please see the Rust Team's rules on how to build a
Rust package. Consider adding this under their umbrella.
Closing this RFS because it will need much work. I do not even get what is so terribly wrong with
editing the hosts file with any editor in the first place...
