Dear Maintainer,

Leaving aside that midori in debian completely missed versions 8 and 9,
although they were both released in 2019 from upstream, TIL that a lot has
changed in midori since 2019.

First, it is now made by astian.org as you can see here. It also has a new
logo.
https://astian.org/en/midori-browser/

Second, its code is now on gitlab and it versioning scheme is now 1.x.
https://gitlab.com/midori-web/midori-desktop

Last but not least, it is now chromium based and its ui is built with electron.
So, maybe it is time to remove it from the repo.
