To my mind, it would be a good idea, if you could detect if a webserver
is present when squidguard is installed. If it is you could then install
squidGuard.cgi. This will improve the quality of the package.

Particularly I think that the management of SquidGuard must be
independent of webserver to the metodos of pre-installation
and post-installation.
