I believe it should be reasonable if we ship a desktop file so that the icon
of ucblogo can be shown in DE Launchers. The file could be like this
(debian/ucblogo.desktop):

Version=1.0
Name=Berkeley Logo
GenericName=UCBLogo
Exec=/usr/bin/ucblogo
Icon=ucblogo
Type=Application
Categories=Education;Development;
Keywords=Logo;Programming;
Please consider adding it in the packaging repo. I'm putting the proposed file
into public-domain in case you need a license information.
