I see that Nemiver has not new release from 2015.
But I see that there are patches on the SVN:

most are for translation, but there are also someone that can be very useful to
have for all the users, for example this one:

I see that this project probably is not maintained anymore upstream, but
I don't have found any alternative to a visual debugger in Debian (I have see
ddd,
but it is unmainteined, it has a lot of bugs).
I have see that there are some free software active visual debugger not in
debian, for example:
