Package: mnemosyne

Some updates to nvidia were held back (due to apt-listbugs, and an another
issue causing opencl issues with the update which was pinned and prevented.) An
out-of-repository 3D application was tested, as well as glxgears, and Blender
(Sid version, Blender 2.79) ruling out a general issue with OpenGL related to
holding back the update. A second computer which also runs Sid, but has not
been updated for one week, does not exhibit the issue (the program runs
normally.) It is also possible to access the web server and sync server aspects
of mnemosyne, further implying that the issue is related to the GUI in some
way. Another Qt application (Krita) was tested and found to start and operate
normally, including saving image files (an error found in Arch once related to
corruption caused by Deepin packages messing with Qt's image libs, though not a
present issue on Debian), ruling out a general crash with Qt applications.
Both systems are running Cinnamon. The other system was first installed as
XFCE, then replaced with Cinnamon and XFCE group removed. The second system
(which exhibits this error) was installed as Cinnamon from the beginning.
