zeal was REMOVED<https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/zeal> from testing 2020-12-27
Migration status for zeal (- to 1:0.6.1-1.2): BLOCKED .
The bug <https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=956782> has been
fixed and there is no reason to block migration.
It is a very important package so I hope it will be ported to Bullseye as soon
as possible.

This bug was kinda invalid: the package is not responsible for being blocked,
but the release manager are.
Moreover, the bug is done because the package is back to testing. Thus closing.
