The debian/watch file seems to have been copied from another package
and 'xbanish' forgotten to be replaced. This results in a downloaded
file using uscan to be renamed to xbanish-1.2.3.tar.gz which is likely
not what anyone wants..... (Try eg. `uscan --report -v | grep xbanish`)
