github.com/urfave/cli replaces github.com/codegangsta/cli but many
upstream keep using the old names while using the newer
versions. Providing a golang-github-codegangsta-cli-dev package would
be helpful (with the appropriate symlink, all the break/replace dance
and additional attention to dir-to-symlink conversion which is the
main reason I just don't do it myself, I am pretty sure to fail).

Someone has packaged golang-codegangsta-cli[1] several years ago.
However it doesn't seem there still remaing user[2] of
github.com/codegangsta/cli.
So I'm closing this bug. Meanwhile golang-codegangsta-cli is buggy
currently. And I'm planning to remove it from unstable too.
