In my follow-up email, I'm attaching patches to allow building surf
with webkit2gtk 4.1.
The webkit2gtk 4.1 API is the same as webkit2gtk 4.0 but uses libsoup3
instead of libsoup2.4.
Eventually, we want to speed up our builds of webkit2gtk by dropping
the 4.0 option.
