Package: lyx
Version: 1.1.6fix4-2
Severity: normal

Changing any color settings is ignored. An example: go to
Edit->Preferences->Colors and change the "background" color. Hit Apply (nothing
happens. Hit Save (nothing happens). If I then reopen to the same place, the
color setting on the RGB bar is the same as before any changes were made.

I thought this might be a configuration issue, so I tried:

> rm -r $HOME/.lyx
> dpkg --purge lyx
> apt-get install lyx

But the problem remains. I can change things in the
Edit->Preferences->Screen Fonts and they work (and persist).
