Dear Maintainer,
It doesn't hurt debian to have doc-base in the Build-deps, but this
leads to an issue in our debian derivative distribution (apertis).
khronos-api seems to build correctly without doc-base, so I wonder
if we can safely remove it? The files installed in the deb package
are the same with or without doc-base.
