Hi,

thanks a lot for maintaining samba, much appreciated!

Unfortunately, the 4.17 uploads to experimental have samba-libs depend
on samba, which means that a lot of other packages that previously only
depended on libraries now pull in a (by default) running samba daemon,
which is quite a bit of bloat..

I guess this was not intended as this wasn't the case with 4.16 packages
in sid.
