There are some tests failure under PHP 8.2.

Even if there have been no updated version upstream for two years, it
looks like the repository is still active, so hopefully “just”
cherry-picking the needed fixes will be enough.

Looks like they vanished after the last PHP or Shaarli upload, so it
should be fine now (but feel free to reopen if you know that Shaarli is
not compatible with PHP 8.2).
