The upstream website (bmark.us) and demo site (bookie.io) are both dead.
The GitHub repository is still alive:
https://github.com/bookieio/Bookie
... but hasn't seen a commit since 2015.
So I think we should consider this project dead and buried, and there's
no reason this should be packaged in Debian.
I'm currently using Wallabag, warts and all.
