Please consider upgrading to new upstream release 0.8.5.
That release do not exist as a tarball, apparently - perhaps related to
it being described as "unstable" in NEWS file.
Reason I suggest to upgrade even if unstable is that it is needed for
ingen (which only yet exist as unstable), and it seems raul is not used
by other projects currently in Debian, so should not pose a risk.
