The upstream has also confirmed the same: https://github.com/bcgsc/btllib/issues/62#issuecomment-1295671711 Therefore, ntcard can not build any more on these archs since libnthash-dev is unavailable on these architectures (a separate RM bug for nthash had been filed and processed already) Hence please remove ntcard from these archs.
