I was trying and test the faxalter -k stuff (re. #369756), so did queue 4 
jobs at once with '-k "now + 3 minutes"'.
1st job was requeued, 2nd was sent, then did faxrm on last 2 jobs, while 
3rd was on fly (I think... all remote modems). Last job died earlier for 
timeout, but faxrm got stuck there - need to stop it w/ Ctrl-c.

Scheduler status was ' Sending job 7707' while doing 'faxrm 7707 7708'.
Guess the Assertion is related to job 7708.

I think the bug is 'important' because it breaks service due to a legit 
(remote) user action, and there's no packaged recovery mechanism (need to 
monitor the service by some custom means).
