Looking at [1] you will see that bugs.d.o reports that there are about
(at this time) pending bugs for apt-zip, but neither of the bugs in
question has the pending tag (seems like a "not-enough-clone-code"
problem).

Nah, it's just the little labels that pkgreport.cgi puts on the titles
that were wrong; I broke it in a subtle way in my fix to #367514.
I've now fixed this, so it should display properly. As a bonus, the
pending that was showing in the Pending Upload Bugs is also no longer
shown.
