bowtie2 does not build for s390x any more. Thus q2-quality-control
can't be run successfully its autopkgtest. Please cleanup the archive
from this architecture to enable testing migration.

This is an arch:all package. You can't remove it from one architecture (and
this won't block migration). Closing the bug.
