Creating a disk image with logical volumes and volume groups cause the
disk image to be unbootable, if the root file system in on a volume
group. The initrd will not find the volume group. Also other volume
groups may disapear.
The cause is that in fai-diskimage we do a cleanup of the volume
groups using vgremove.
