Fully building sra-sdk requires a 64-bit address space these days.
It might be possible to contrive to build some of its binary packages
on architectures with 32-bit address spaces, or even on architectures
ncbi-vdb doesn't support, but I'm not convinced it's worth the
effort. As such, could you please remove sra-toolkit (and
sra-toolkit-dbg) on i386 and x32? (I mentioned plural packages above,
but that's only the case for 3.x, which had this requirement all along.)

It doesn't exist on i386 in instable, so nothing to do here. BTW, x32 is a
ports architecture that is not managed by the FTP Team.
