Hello Elimar,
first of all I would like to apologize for my late reply. I had a lot
of work with a hoster change and the simultaneous conversion from cloud
based to dedicated server.
With Debian it is not possible to download external data during the
build. Therefore the enterprise-numbers.txt must always be downloaded
manually.
