Source: libi8x
Version: 0.0.5-1
Severity: serious
Tags: upstream
Justification: fails to build from source (but built successfully in the past)
The latest builds of libi8x for s390x and the non-release architecture
sh4 have failed with errors testing the (new) Python bindings. On
s390x, the test crashes:
test_exec (tests.lo.test_py8x_natfunc_impl.TestPy8xNatfuncImpl)
Test calling a native function. ... Segmentation fault
debian/rules:17: recipe for target 'override_dh_auto_test' failed
make[1]: *** [override_dh_auto_test] Error 139
On sh4, the test doesn't outright crash, but does hit two assertion
errors, as detailed at
https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=libi8x&arch=sh4&ver=0.0.5-1&stamp=1505052518&raw=0
Could you please take a look?
Thanks!
