Hi,
when invoked as
elinks -eval "set document.css.stylesheet =
'../.my/share/debianwikicontents.css'" -dump -no-numbering -no-references

elinks seems to open the style sheet fine.
It contains one line, div.navigation { display: none; }, but elinks
displays the navigation elements nevertheless. Using the same
stylesheet file with Firefox does actually hide the navigation elements.

Accordong to the bug log, it was fixed in 0.13GIT. Since 0.13.1 is in
Debian, then this is already fixed in Debian
