Package: mariadb-10.3.38.0+deb10u1
Version: 10.3.38.0+deb10u1
Severity: critical
Justification: causes serious data loss
To solve the problem I had to downgrade the mariadb Packerts to 10.3.34 or
10.3.36 and to restore
the akonadi mysql database files from before upgrading mariadb and trying to
start kmail
