Hello,

scilab build-depends on liblucene4.10-java while it declares compatibility with lucene up to 8.4.0 (see scilab/CHANGES.md). Debian has lucene 8.8.1 packaged as liblucene8-java, which is later than 8.4.0 but is worth trying (I did not try due to #1012099).

Additional rationale of moving to liblucene8-java is reducing the number of dependencies of key packages: scilab is key package, liblucene8-java is a dependency of h2database). By the way, liblucene4.10-java is affected by #1022325 of severity:serious.
