This package has Build-Depends on libglade2-dev or produces binary
packages with a Depends on libglade2-0.
libglade was superseded by GtkBuilder in GTK 2.12, released in 2007.
Moving from libglade to GtkBuilder would be a good first step towards
replacing GTK 2 with GTK 3.

This seems to have been fixed:
kconfig-frontends (4.11.0.1+dfsg-3) unstable; urgency=medium
* Removing GTK2 dependancy (Closes: #967553).
* Removing libglade2-dev dependancy, generating py2 dep (Closes: #967151).
* Basic lintian cleaning.
