Package: libnetpbm10-dev
Version: 2:10.0-8
Severity: minor

in libpgm(3), several functions use 'int forceplain' as argument, but
that option is not explained any where. After some searches and tries, I
founded that using '0' produces 'Netpbm PGM "rawbits" image data'
whereas using non null value produces "Netpbm PGM image text" files.

I have no proof of that. It is purely experimental. But plz add a note
so that ppl dont loose time findng out which value they shall put there.

The lastest version of the manpage contains the following explanation:

forceplain is a logical value that tells pgm_writepgminit() to write a
header for a plain PGM format file, as opposed to a raw PGM format
   file.
